End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Phone Addiction Mugshot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Conflux Solutions LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the App on devices you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access features and services provided by the App

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, or sell the App
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or related systems

4. Ownership

The App and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by Conflux Solutions LLC. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the App.

The following remain your property:

• Photos you capture using the App ("mugshots")
• Personal data you provide

5. User Content

5.1 Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all photos captured using the App
• You must not capture inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content
• You must not violate the privacy or rights of others when using the camera

5.2 Sharing Content

• When you share mugshots, you grant us a limited license to facilitate that sharing
• We do not own or claim rights to your photos
• You are responsible for content you share publicly

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. In-App Purchases

7.1 Payment

• The App may be available as a paid download
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Prices are subject to change

7.2 Refunds

• Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy
• Contact Apple Support for refund inquiries

8. Updates and Modifications

8.1 App Updates

• We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features
• You are encouraged to install updates promptly
• Some updates may be required to continue using the App

8.2 EULA Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time
• Material changes will be communicated through the App
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONFLUX SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conflux Solutions LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of this EULA
• Your violation of any rights of others
• Content you capture or share

12. Health and Safety

12.1 Screen Time Awareness

• The App is designed to increase awareness of phone usage
• Results may vary by individual
• The App is not a medical device or treatment

12.2 Camera Safety

• Use caution when taking photos
• Do not use the camera while driving or operating machinery
• Be aware of your surroundings

13. Termination

13.1 By You

• You may stop using the App at any time
• Uninstalling the App terminates this EULA

13.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

• Violate this EULA
• Use the App fraudulently or illegally
• Engage in abusive behavior

14. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
